About our Founder Born and raised in Forkhill, Ireland, Rory McCreesh holds over 35 years experience in U.S. building and construction, specializing in the development and renovation of high-end projects. His award-winning company Duce works alongside brilliant architects and designers to bring their visions to life. Awards / Info Rory is well known and respected within New York’s Irish community and is a concerned participant. He has been honored by multiple associations including The Armagh Association, The New York Irish Center and the New York city Emerald isle Immigration center. He received the Irish Voice top fifty best business leaders. The Irish Echo, top fifty best Irish businesses. Marty Walsh, the mayor of Boston, honored him with the “Irish Business Big IMPACT” award. He received proclamations from the City of New York, for his outstanding contributions and service. Rory has received numerous awards from several NYC Building Manager’s clubs. Rory has donated his time and workforce to help the Kips Bay Children’s Charity, which was published in the New York Times. He is in support of multiple organizations such as, The Thorne Tree Project, Hope Warriors Children’s Charity, Happy Hearts Fund, 9/11 Memorial, Environmental business association City of New York and GLAAD. He is also a board member for the prestigious Downtown Magazine and The New York Irish Center.
Chris Stoeckman
Construction consultant, Senior Project Manager and Estimator
Accomplished development and construction leader with extensive expertise in overseeing real estate projects from conception through to successful operation. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris has worked on a diverse range of high end retail, commercial projects: rural and urban sites, low rise and high-rise buildings, with uses ranging from restaurants, mixed use residential, and industrial. His skillset is reflected in the variety of leadership roles he has held, as Construction Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive. Chris has a proven track record with design-build projects and has effectively led development programs in collaboration with multiple design teams and contractors throughout the United States. Chris plays an instrumental role throughout a project’s lifecycle from planning, budgeting, designing and constructing to coordinating and directing large teams of staff, contractors and consultants. Stoeckman’s studies in Creativity and Innovation enable him to effectively solve problems by exploring inventive solutions that others may not consider.
Roger Becker
Construction consultant
Roger Becker comes with a background in construction and hospitality; with nearly 9 years in hospitality sales and management experience, Roger in 2016 transitioned into construction development. From 2016 through 2023 Roger flipped over 50+ homes/properties: along with building 24 new custom-built homes and 10+ multifamily houses. Roger partnered in Coast to Coast Hotels in 2020 and by 2022 they had three hotel properties under management. Coast to Coast Hotels is currently pursuing additional hotel development and renovation opportunities.
