Duce Construction Corporation is a full-service General Contractor and Construction Management firm specializing in building and renovating high-end luxury homes and estates located in New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey. We build to spec by engaging three decades of proven means and methods on every project. Our core culture is to provide uncompromising quality, craftsmanship, and service to our clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to establish a firm client relationship and complete complex projects on time and within budget.

With over three decades of experience building luxurious homes and estates, Duce understands the requirements needed to facilitate meticulous details and custom designs. Our in-house Design Engineering Department produces Duce Details and Duce Coordination drawings for each project. Duce Details are proprietary sketches and drawings developed over time and are our proven means and methods to build something that stand the test of time. Duce Coordination Drawings are needed to execute an architect or designer’s signature design elements and facilitate work between the trades. These details are of vital importance and allow a project to move towards successful completion … on time, on budget, and with the highest construction standards.

Each project has a dedicated team, which includes the firm’s Principal, Managing Director, Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Lead Carpenters, Drafting and Design Engineering, and Estimating Department. The firm’s Principal and Managing Director are personally involved with quality control, job costs, logistics, project schedule and management. We would be honored to share in this journey with you and play a pivotal role in bringing your and your team’s vision to life.
